VCRShop cares about your privacy.
We only intend to use what we need to improve our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services.
We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 28/09/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is canceled.

1. SOFTWARE

Our webshop has been developed with WordPress software, we have chosen Cloudways for our web hosting.

Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Cloudways has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.

Cloudways is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

2. WEB HOSTING

We employ web hosting from Cloudways and e-mail services from Antagonist.

Both Cloudways and Antagonist process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, these parties can collect metadata about the use of our services. These are not personal data.

In addition, Cloudways and Antagonist have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Cloudways, as well as Antagonist, are obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of our agreement.

3. EMAIL & MAILING LISTS

We use the services of Antagonist for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.

Antagonist has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Mollie
We use the platform Mollie to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number.

Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties.

Mollie does not store your data longer than permitted by the legal terms.

Klarna
We also use the platform Klarna to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number.
Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Klarna will share personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna’s services for which they engage third parties.

Klarna does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

5. REVIEWS

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur publishes your name and place of residence on its own website.

In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your assessment. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review.

WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and underlying measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the benefit of the provision of services, as a result of which we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur.

All the above-mentioned related matters relating to the protection of your personal data apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.

6. SHIPMENT & LOGISTICS

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you.
We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL.
PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement.

In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

7. INVOICING & ACCOUNTING

We use the services of Acumulus to keep track of our administration and accounting.
We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices.
Your personal data will be sent and stored protected.

Acumulus is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. Acumulus does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

8. EXTERNAL SALES CHANNELS

eBay.nl
We sell (part of) our products via the eBay.nl platform. Our website is synchronized with the items that we offer on eBay.nl.
If you place an order through this platform, eBay will share your order and personal data with us.

We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Bol.com
We sell (part of) our products via the Bol.com platform. Our website is synchronized with the items that we offer on Bol.com.
If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us.

We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

9. WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

General purpose of data processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of our data processing is always directly related to the order you provide and the interest you display in our products.

We keep your data as long as you are our client.

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your assignment.
