How do I place an order?

In 3 easy steps:

  1. Place an item in your shopping cart and click on “Checkout” and / or “Proceed to checkout”.
  2. Fill out your order details. Think of the right billing address, billing information and preferred payment method.
  3. Complete your order by clicking on “Place order”. You will be redirected to the page of your selected payment provider.

Tips:
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one while ordering.

If you experience any issues during checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

No, an order can no longer be adjusted after it has been placed due to our personal data protection policy.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel the order by sending us an e-mail at [email protected]. Or, by filling out the contact form on our contact page.

I've accidently ordered the wrong product(s)

If your order has not yet been shipped; you can cancel and then order the correct one by sending us an e-mail with the right product(s) to [email protected].

If your order has been shipped; you can return the product by filling out our return form or by refusing the delivery at the door.

I haven't received any confirmation yet

Is your order in your account’s order history? Then it went through!

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago, you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account? Please contact us via our contact page.

Don’t worry: if funds have been debited unjustly, we will automatically refund you.

When do I receive my order?

If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can expect your delivery to be at your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your order will be on the road longer. You can view this page of our shipping courier, PostNL, to get a grasp on how long it will take for your order to arrive.

Our average shipping times are:
– Within EU borders = 5< days
– Outside EU borders = 10 – 25 days

Yes, if you would like to pay afterwards we would advise you to select Klarna Pay Later (or 3 parts) during checkout.

Are payments secured?

Don’t worry, you can pay safely and securely online with us. Our website is permanently secured with an SSL certificate, you can double check by looking for the lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

Are prices including or excluding VAT?

Prices are including VAT. However, since we’re selling second hand goods these will be excluded from VAT (Margin scheme; which will be depicted as 0% vat on your invoice).
