VCRShop employs a “what you see is what you get”-protocol. Meaning that each product listing contains photos of that specific item. Any wear and tear is included in the product description, and most likely also visible on the pictures of the listing itself.
So yes, you will definetly receive the same product that you see in the picture(s)!
Unfortunately we do not have a physical store where we have our products on display. We have a warehouse, based in The Netherlands, where all our items and orders are being repaired, cleaned, stored, and processed.

As a customer you are able to notify us of a return order up to 14 days (2 weeks) after receiving the product. After we received your return information you will have an additional 14 days to send your order back to us.

Unfortunately, we are dependent on the availability of vintage video- and audio equipment. These types of products are often rare, discontinued, or in the hands of collectors.
If a product is out of stock, chances are that the product will not be available for purchase anymore. However, on a rare occasion we will be able to replenish a certain product’s stock. Yet, this does not seem to happen on a fequent basis.
If you would like to return your order, we will appreciate it if you would give us a heads up by filling out our returns form. After you have submitted your return application, we will send you a confirmation to your inbox.
