Is delivery always free?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all our orders (worldwide).

When can I expect my delivery?

Nothing is more important than a quick delivery time. That is why we do our utmost best to ship your orders as soon as we get the chance to. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can expect your delivery to be at your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your order will be on the road longer. You can view this page of our shipping courier, PostNL, to get a grasp on how long it will take for your order to arrive.

Our average shipping times are:
– Within EU borders = 5< days
– Outside EU borders = 10 – 25 days

I would like to return my item(s)

In most cases delivery is paid by you (the customer). However, returns that are processed by PostNL are free of charge (NL & some EU countries only).

Before you send your products back to us we would like to be notified via our return form via this page. Check your order details and make sure to fill in all required fields in your return application.

After we have received your request and sent you the return confirmation e-mail, you are free to send your order back to us via a shipping carrier of choice. You will be provided a shipping label after completing the form submissions.

Do you want to return multiple items? No problem! Please specify the amount of products you would like to return in the “product quantity” field of the return form.

Quick Tip:
Ensure that you keep the proof of shipment (or the confirmation e-mail) from your carrier. This allows us to track your shipment if something goes wrong.

I would like to cancel my order

As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet you can easily cancel your order by contacting us via: [email protected], using our live chat, or by calling +0850 6055 19.

If the order has been shipped you will have to wait until the order arrives so you can send the item(s) back (you have 30 days to send the items back).

Warranty & complaints

Which warranties do I have?

When you purchase an item via you will receive EXACTLY what is displayed on the products’ listings, this is our legal guarantee.

If not, we will look for a satisfactory solution. Depending on your item, we will arrange a repair or refund of the total purchase amount – free of charge.

Additionally, you will have a 30 day warranty (180 days for demo/ showroom models). So, you will have nearly a month to notify us about your return(s).

I've received a defective product

Please notify us ASAP via [email protected], our live chat or via our contact page.

Send us your order number + problem and we will gladly find a solution; refund your order or receive a replacement – free of charge.

I would like to repair my equipment

Do you have an old VCR or camcorder you would like to get repaired? Great, because we recently launched our repair services!
