Before you order
Yes, delivery is free on all our orders (worldwide).
Currently, we ship worldwide to all countries. The delivery times will vary based on each location. Fastest shipping will be for European countries.
Currently, we only offer standard delivery (free for all orders!). Therefore, you won’t have to pick a shipping method during checkout as it is automatically set to standard delivery.
We do our utmost best to ship your orders as soon as we get the chance to. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can expect your delivery to be at your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your order will be on the road longer. You can view this page of our shipping courier, PostNL, to get a grasp on how long it will take for your order to arrive.
Our average shipping times are:
– Within EU borders = 5< days
– Outside EU borders = 10 – 25 days
Post-purchase
Is your order in your account’s order history? Then it went through!
If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago, you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account? Please contact us via our contact page.
Don’t worry: if funds have been debited unjustly, we will automatically refund you.
After we ship your order you will receive a track-and-trace code in your mailbox. If you haven’t received any updates on your order after 48 hours, please contact us via [email protected], our live chat, or via telephone +0850 0139 73.
When ordering, the delivery address is automatically set to be the same as the billing address.
