We will go out of our way to fulfill our promised delivery time. If, for some reason, the shipment is delayed, we will make sure to inform you as well. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Didn’t receive anything/everything?
We cannot always ship all items in one order at the same time. In your account you can see whether we have sent everything at the same time. If it happens that we have shipped everything, it is advised to contact our customer service for further support.
Nothing is more important than a quick delivery time. That is why we do our utmost best to ship your orders as soon as we get the chance to. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can expect your delivery to be at your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your order will be on the road longer. You can view this page of our shipping courier, PostNL, to get a grasp on how long it will take for your order to arrive.
Our average shipping times are:
– Within EU borders = 5< days
– Outside EU borders = 10 – 25 days
Currently, we only offer standard delivery (free for all orders!). Therefore, you won’t have to pick a shipping method during checkout as it is automatically set to standard delivery.

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. Don’t worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
There can be several reasons as to why you have cancelled your order. How quickly the money is transferred to your account depends on your payment method:
A rule of thumb:
- Debit card: within 3 working days.
- Credit card: within 5 working days.
In 3 easy steps:
- Place an item in your shopping cart and go to order.
- Check and arrange your order. Think of the address, delivery date and packing service.
- Complete by paying. This can be done with a debit card, credit card or, if offered, by paying afterwards.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one while ordering. Our employees cannot place an order for you by telephone.
