What you see is what you get!

VCRShop.com employs a “what you see is what you get”-protocol. Meaning that the images of each listing are unique to that item, and that you purchase exactly what you see displayed in the listing’s photo album. For example, if a product is being sold with a remote control, user manual, and/or any type of accessories – this will be shown on the pictures of that particular listing.

Free delivery on all orders

All of our orders include free delivery! We use PostNL as our shipping courier for both national and international orders. As such, you can follow the status of your purchase via the PostNL delivery tracker, for which you will receive a Track & Trace number in your mailbox on the day of shipment. Additionally, you can also buy our products via Ebay (www.ebay.nl/str/vcrshop).

Frequently Asked Questions

We will go out of our way to fulfill our promised delivery time. If, for some reason, the shipment is delayed, we will make sure to inform you as well. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.

Didn’t receive anything/everything?
We cannot always ship all items in one order at the same time. In your account you can see whether we have sent everything at the same time. If it happens that we have shipped everything, it is advised to contact our customer service for further support.

Nothing is more important than a quick delivery time. That is why we do our utmost best to ship your orders as soon as we get the chance to. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can expect your delivery to be at your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your order will be on the road longer. You can view this page of our shipping courier, PostNL, to get a grasp on how long it will take for your order to arrive.

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. Don’t worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.

No, an order can no longer be adjusted after it has been placed due to our personal data protection policy.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel the order by sending us an e-mail at info@vcrshop.nl. Or, by filling in the contact form on our contact page.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel and then order the correct one by sending us an e-mail at info@vcrshop.nl.

If your order has been shipped, you can return the product by filling out the return form or refuse the delivery at the door.

There can be several reasons as to why you have cancelled your order. How quickly the money is transferred to your account depends on your payment method:

A rule of thumb:

  • Debit card: within 3 working days.
  • Credit card: within 5 working days.

In 3 easy steps:

  1. Place an item in your shopping cart and go to order.
  2. Check and arrange your order. Think of the address, delivery date and packing service.
  3. Complete by paying. This can be done with a debit card, credit card or, if offered, by paying afterwards.

Tips:
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one while ordering. Our employees cannot place an order for you by telephone.
